Located at 101 W Plain St, the Stimson Hospital is a massive Queen Anne-style fortress that served as a private residence before becoming a vital medical hub for Eaton Rapids. For decades, its rooms held the weight of medical breakthroughs, life-altering surgeries, and the final moments of those who didn't make it home.

On July 18th, Get Haunted Midwest moves into this labyrinth of medicine and memory. Stimson is a unique location where the elegance of a historic mansion meets the sterile, high-pressure energy of an early 20th-century hospital.

Season One: Origins of the Movement

This year, we go back to where the veil first began to thin. Season One is a curated deep dive into the Spiritualist Movement. Alongside modern technology, we will strip away the digital noise to explore the Ancestral Methods used by seekers long before the invention of the EMF meter. You will experience the raw, low-tech techniques used in the 19th century to bridge the gap between our world and the next.

Your Experience

This isn’t a tour; it’s a structured, hands-on investigation designed to turn you into a pro.

Your masterclass begins at 7:00 PM and lasts until midnight. During this time you will:

Station Rotations: Investigate the funeral home’s most notorious hotspots, from the once viewing room to where the embalming room once sat.
Learn and Use The Gear The Professionals Use: Deploy EMF instruments, spirit boxes, trigger objects, the famous Estes Method and much more.
The Season One Special: Participate in a dedicated session using traditional spiritualist methods to attempt direct communication.

Once the masterclass is over you have one of two choices that last from midnight to 2:00 AM

Solo Exploration: Revisit any of the previous locations we visited on our rotation and continue your investigation without our guidance. ( Our team will remain on site.)
The Field Audit: Work alone or with a team. We give you the task and it's up to you to complete the audit before time runs out. These Challenges are made to get you to think outside the box when it comes to investigating.
