Reiki I — Heal Thyself is a four-week exploration of Reiki and the subtle energy systems that connect the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of who we are.

Each class builds upon the last, guiding you deeper into an understanding of energy while you develop your own Reiki practice.

Throughout the four classes, you will receive an attunement in each class, creating a progressive journey through the four aspects of your being.

Explore what Reiki is, where it comes from, the history of the Usui tradition, and the importance of understanding your Reiki lineage.

You will receive your Physical Attunement, opening the first doorway into your Reiki journey.

Explore the chakra system, the energetic field surrounding the body, and the language of color as it relates to energy and emotion.

You will receive your Emotional Attunement.

  CLASS 3 — MENTAL

Journey deeper into the energetic and intuitive realms.

Explore crystal energy, the spiritual Rays, and psychic surgery as an energetic practice for bringing awareness to areas of imbalance.

You will receive your Mental Attunement.

Hand Placements for Self-Healing

Bring everything together through the practice of self-Reiki.

Learn the traditional hand placements used for self-healing and begin developing a personal Reiki practice that can become a source of grounding, connection, and sacred self-care.

You will receive your Spiritual Attunement.
