Step into Downtown Lynchburg after dark for a 2-hour, lantern-led Haunted Pub Crawl where local history, chilling folklore, and handcrafted drinks collide.
Led by a costumed Hill City Tours storyteller, you’ll journey through historic streets and some of downtown’s most unique establishments while uncovering stories of tragedy, lost fortunes, restless souls, and Lynchburg’s darker past.
Your route includes the historic Bragassa Toy Store, Vaughan Garage, The Vault Lounge, Dish, and Three Roads Brewing. Along the way, hear tales of a toy shop that may not be as empty as it appears, a mechanic who supposedly never finished his final shift, secrets locked behind an old bank vault, a heartbreaking Main Street legend, and one final passenger you definitely don’t want riding home with you.
At each participating bar stop, guests can purchase the evening’s exclusive Haunted Pub Crawl featured drink rotating regularly, created specifically to complement the story and location.
This isn’t a bar hop with a few ghost stories thrown in. History comes first. We blend documented Lynchburg history with clearly identified local lore and storytelling to create an immersive experience that’s spooky, entertaining, and distinctly Lynchburg.
