The Iconic Horror masterpiece , the first one in its Franchise,..FRIDAY THE 13TH... , was filmed partly in town and in the surrounding area.
So if you are able, try and stop in Blairstown early to visit the town. They have Vendors, shops, and in the past there have been bands, authors, actors, and a ton of photo opts...
So Before you dive into the Paranormal Adventures inside Blairstown Masonic Lodge, Stop by town and go explore..

Doors open 7:30 pm, Event begins 8 pm
- Introduction, and Q&A with a Mason
- Team lead investigation by Vantasm Paranormal Adventures, and Masonic Spirits
- regroup, then enjoy free time to investigate on your own if you so choose
- some equipment will be available to borrow and use.
- snacks and refreshments are available throughout night
