Time To Shed Social Media & Get Real
A New Beginning

1/7/2026 Sara Villani

As social media swallows up paranormal, the topic that once captivated our curiosity is now dumbed down to hashtags, Reels, trends, made up titles and "talent".

The philosophy of paranormal is set aside for 24/7 entertainment, dressed up by AI images and words.

Rarely are theories spoken about, expanded on and much less, new ones discovered.

Instead of mentioning the educators, scientists, philosophers and more, that created the Society for Psychical Research (1882), we gather in MASSES to follow someone with numbers and a network logo attached to their name.

All while the art of conversation continues to become less and less important.

Reality is, social media has become a lower tier of entertainment.

Experiences everyday people have, get pushed to the side, creating yet another reason to not share, not explore or shy away from the topic all together.

But what I have found in my six years of podcast and almost 4 years of working in one of the larger paranormal networks/event businesses, the real stories are rarely found on a popular YouTube channel or high volume Facebook page.

When you ask beyond, "how did you get started in the paranormal", you find heartbreak, strength, love, depression, resilience and sometimes, fear.

Paranormal:

Is the connections that are everywhere.

Is the beliefs handed down for generations.

Is in our religion and cultures.

The Club House is open to those that are looking to return to the philosophy of paranormal. Those that want conversation, not to validate but to expand their exploration. And to be reminded of humantiy.

Let's get past the surface of the paranormal industry and share the real stories of life, death and the paranormal, inside The Club House Conversations!

Where Does Your Inspiration Begin?
Take A Look Back

1/7/2026 Sara Villani

I know many of us may say our inspiration to speak out on the subject of paranormal began in the early 2000's, with brand new series of paranormal television shows.

The newfound celebrity of dark rooms, stories of tragedy and "high tech" equipment caught on like wildfire.

The once underground topic of paranormal produced new, reality celebs and opened the door to what we now see everywhere on every social media platform.

But has the ease of finding content created a laziness to finding subsistence?

When we look back at those that truly are the pioneers of paranormal, the stories of theories and discoveries are truly awe inspiring.

Pierre and Marie Curie are two such examples.

Marie (Sklodowska) came from two people who believed highly in the importance of education.

Her aptitude for chemistry and physics were just the beginning to her journey, into placing herself where she needed to be in her education and her position in science.

Peirre Curie being a well know international physicist, brings the dreamer aspect to this well known couple.

Although he did not attend a formal college, Pierre was taught not only by a private teacher but his father who was a physician.

He "graduated" by the age of 16 and the history of his discoveries and the discoveries of Marie and Pierre combined are nothing less than amazing.

With discoveries of radium and polonium, paranormal may not have been the one thing that was at the front of their minds.

But as they watched the "invisble forces" of these discoveries, their interest into unknown phenomena took hold.

Together, they worked with seance mediums and with many strange occurrences not easily explained, it did not have Pierre convinced or Marie herself.

As the stories goes, after Pierre's sudden passing, Maire began to write to Pierre in her diary as if believing their connection had never broke.

There is much more to that jump from physicists to working along side celebrated mediums to keeping up on an unseen connection.

Those pieces are lost in today's "exploration" of paranormal.

While we focus on take downs, half baked stories and influencer status, we miss what actual matters.

The real stories of how we become inspired to reach out to the unknown.

The real desires to test our faith and our traditions.

So as you sit back for a moment and think, "Where does your inspiration begin?", drop the first recent name that comes to mind and give thought to those that truly paved the way to the whys, hows and whats.

Because when we talk about the unknown, it's about life, death and the paranormal.
