The Waverly Hills Haunted House general admission runs the entire first floor of the building. Gates open at 7:30 - This ticket allows you to arrive any time between 7:30 PM and Midnight.

RIP Ticket!

The RIP tickets includes a mini tour of the sanatorium, Plus fast pass access into the haunted house. This ticket allows you to arrive between 7:30 and 11:00 PM - the additional tour requires you to be present by 11:00 PM.
